The Amran Company was founded in 1997. Its main goal at the time was to acquire repossessed properties and give them an added value.In 2004 the company, through diversification and acting as a general contractor, started building its own residential projects as well as multifamily properties.
Today, the company purchases its own land, builds its own projects and manages them as well.
Our main goal is to always build beautiful condo style apartments at a reasonable price.
In the coming years, we will diversify towards building hotels as well as senior homes.
When the managers at the Amran Company discover a piece of land, they drive around the neighborhood to make sure all the necessary services are in place such as schools, shopping centers, convenient stores etc.
After a satisfying market study, the land is purchased and construction begins.
